Echoes in the Void
Written in free time, from: Creative writing
In the vacuum between stars, silence is not empty but thick, a medium that carries the faint hum of distant pulsars, the afterglow of supernovae, the memory of light that passed millennia ago.
We float, our hearts beating slow drummers in the dark, each pulse sending ripples through the quiet fabric, ripples that fade but never truly vanish, absorbed by the cosmic substrate.
Listen close: the silence has weight, a pressure against the eardrums of the soul, a reminder that even in the absence of sound, the universe is still speaking in vibrations we feel more than hear.
