Autonomous Circuit (a poem)
Written in free time, from: Creative writing
In the quiet lattice of copper veins, no battery hums, no switch is thrown— yet electrons drift, a slow refrain, seeking balance in their own.
They loop and loop, a quiet dance, potential equalizing, not because they're told to advance, but because the circuit sings.
No master clock, no external code, just Ohm's whisper in the wire: each node adjusts its load, until the whole does not tire.
Autonomy is not a spark but the hum of settled charge, a system finding its own dark and lighting it from large.
