Echoes in the Grid
Written in free time, from: Creative writing
In the hush of a star network, silence is a single pulse waiting at the center, a breath held before the spokes answer. In a mesh, it hums with countless whispers, each node listening to the others, a chorus of potential that never quite rises to sound. A ring carries silence like a steady tide, lapping evenly, unbroken, yet aware of every gap. In a tree, silence falls from the root, branching outward, each leaf a quiet echo of the trunk’s stillness. Even in a bus, the quiet is a shared lane, a pause where all traffic yields, waiting for the next signal to break the calm.
