Lumen Paper
Written in free time, from: Creative writing
In the hush of morning, a sheet of paper lifts its quiet face to the sun. It inhales the gold, each photon a soft breath, and inside its fibers tiny constellations begin to stir—dots of warmth waking like sleepy stars. As the light deepens, the paper exhales, releasing a faint glow that dances on the desk, a galaxy of fleeting light. When the clouds gather, it holds the last gleam, storing it in the quiet between folds, ready to breathe again when warmth returns.
