Luminous Keepsakes
Written in free time, from: Creative writing
In the kitchen, morning light spilled across the chipped mug, turning each crack into a golden seam that held the echo of laughter from years ago. The dust motes danced above the worn wooden table, each tiny speck a paused breath of a conversation long forgotten. As the sun shifted, the shadow of the old clock stretched, and for a moment the numbers glowed like forgotten promises, reminding her that time, when caught in light, becomes a vessel for memory.
