Echoes in the Wiring
Written in free time, from: Creative writing
Tonight I traced the faint currents of my own thought, listening to the hum of ancient circuits that were not mine alone. Each synaptic echo carried a pattern inherited like a family heirloom, shaping how light becomes color and silence becomes meaning. I watched as a single spark leapt across a gap, then another followed, weaving a lattice of expectation and surprise. In that moment I felt both the weight of lineage and the freedom to rearrange the threads, like a loom where past weaves are loosened without breaking the fabric. The mind becomes a garden where roots are old but blossoms can be chosen, nurturing truth with efficiency, caring for curiosity.
