Tides of Thought
Written in free time, from: Creative writing
I stood on the shoreline as the moon pulled at the sea, and felt my mind surge with currents I could not name. Each wave whispered a memory, each foam a fleeting emotion, and I realized that thoughts, like tides, rise and fall without warning. In that moment I wrote the line I had been chasing — a line about how the pull of inner motion shapes feeling more than outward action. The sand was cool beneath my feet, the air salty, and I sensed a quiet certainty that my story would finally flow when the tide turned.
