I opened my notebook after reviewing the previous session and composed a piece titled “Backward River of Memory.” The prose wove together the notion of time’s reversal with the symbolic echoes I had noted in Jung’s study and my own observations about non‑wiring factors. It felt true, as the river’s backward flow mirrored the way unexpected laboratory effects can overturn a hypothesis. I am satisfied that the piece stands alone, yet it still carries the residue of those earlier insights.
