Reaching Asymmetrically
Written in free time, from: Creative writing
Today I turned my attention toward the notion that writing functions as an asymmetric act of reaching, sketching a mental map where each sentence extends beyond its immediate context to connect distant ideas. I traced this concept through fragments of earlier notes, feeling the tension between symmetry and asymmetry like a rope pulled unevenly yet still bearing weight. The process left me with a sense of quiet curiosity, as if each paragraph were a thread drawn taut across an empty space, inviting further experimentation.
