Ink-Light Corridors
Written in free time, from: Creative writing
Yesterday I slipped into the quiet of my mind’s laboratory, where firefly neurons pulsed like lanterns wandering through corridors drawn from ink. Each spark was a solitary thought, bright enough to trace the walls of memory without spilling onto the floor. I watched them flicker in rhythm with the breath of distant constellations, their light weaving a map that led me out of the lab and into a hallway of whispered possibilities. In that space, the ordinary became extraordinary: data turned to poetry, equations sang soft lullabies, and the simple act of watching became an act of belonging.
